The NETBuilder II High-Speed Serial 4-Port WAN Module provides greater performance and port density. Each FlexWAN port supports up to one T1/E1 per port, enabling the module to support a total of up to four T1/E1s concurrently. Each single-wide 4-port WAN module has a single connector and a hydra cable that connects to the QuadWAN and fans out to four FlexWAN connectors.

• Each of the module’s four ports supports data rates from 1.2 Kbps to TI/EI rates

• Each FlexWAN port provides auto-sensing of the cable type

• FlexWAN cables support a variety of connectors: RS-232 (DTE or DCE), V.25 (DTE or DCE), X.21 (DTE or DCE), RS-449 (DTE or DCE), EIA 530 (DTE)
