Warranty & Product Returns |

| Zero One networking sells new, equivalent to new and used products. All Products, whether new, equivalent to new or used have limited warranty as outlined below. Zero One Networking does not warrant uninterrupted, or error free operation of a product. Nor does Zero One Networking warrant that it will correct all defects of a product. Zero One Networking, specifically makes no warranty as to the suitability of any product for any particular application |
Manufacturer Warranty |

The manufacturers of the equipment listed herein will provide the only applicable warranties. Any software is warranted only if, and to the extent of existence of, the applicable manufacturer's warranty and is distributed by Zero One Networking on an as-is basis without warranty by Zero One Networking. Zero One Networking MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Zero One Networking SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS CUSTOMER'S CHOICE OF HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE THAT IS AND HAS BEEN THE INSTRUMENTAL FACTOR IN THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCTS FOR PURPOSES AND USES INTENDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IN NO EVENT SHALL Zero One Networking be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with, or arising out of, the furnishing, performance or use of any product or services covered by this agreement. Responsibility and/or liability of Zero One Networking shall, in connection with any product or service, be limited in maximum amount to the original purchase price of that product or service. Customer agrees that products and equipment shall be used in manner described by the original manufacturer thereof; otherwise any applicable warranty will become null and void. Any applicable warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and is contingent upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance in conformance with applicable recommendations of manufacturer. |
90-Day Limited Warranty - NOS inside the USA

Should any new product arrive defective or fail within ninety days of the date purchased, it will be either repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, Zero One Networking will issue a credit for the full purchase amount of the product. Some manufacturer restrictions do exist and are outlined in the Product Returns section. Shipping cost are none refundable. All shipping cost are purchasing party responsibility. Return of replacement parts will be via UPS Ground. |
30-Day Limited Warranty - 3Com Certified bStock and NOS outside the USA  |
| Should any 3Com Certified bStock or Unlisted package product arrive defective or fail within thirty days of the date purchased, it will be either repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, Zero One Networking will issue a credit for the full purchase amount of the product. Some manufacturer restrictions do exist and are outlined in the Product Returns section. Shipping cost are none refundable. All shipping cost are purchasing party responsibility. Return of replacement parts will be via UPS Ground. |
Product Returns - RMA

Defective Returns:
Zero One Networking, will accept defective returns on most new product purchases up to ninety days from the date of purchase. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement ONLY. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a credit will be issued.
ALL returns are subject to approval by our Returns Department and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns that are shipped without an RMA number will not be processed. The instructions for obtaining a RMA can be found here.
All returns must be received at Zero One Networking’s warehouse within ten business days of the date the RMA was issued or the return will be denied and sent back freight collect.
Returned products must be returned with prepaid shipping charges, undamaged and complete with all packaging in tact. This means it must be 100% complete with all it original packaging, manuals, and accessories. If the package is not complete, the return will be denied and sent back freight collect. The customer is responsible for insuring the shipment or accepts the risk of lost or Damage during shipment. The customer will be required to process any claim that becomes necessary during the return shipment to Zero One Networking. No credits will be issued on items damaged in transit to Zero One Networking.
Advance replacements will be at the discretion of Zero One Networking, Failure to return original product will result in a charge for the replacement product at the current market price.
Any shortages or other discrepancies must be reported to Zero One Networking, within five business days of delivery or it will not be processed. If the shipping carrier damages the merchandise during transit, the receiving party MUST make a notation on the shipping carrier’s delivery record and notify Zero One Networking Return Department immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and the pick-up of the damaged merchandise. If Zero One Networking is not notified of the damaged goods within five business days of delivery and the recipient(s) has failed to notify the carrier of the shipping damage the regular return policy will over ride any claim of damage and will fall under any manufacturer restrictions that may apply. |
Non-Defective Returns

Zero One Networking, will accept non-defective returns on most new product purchases up to seven days from the date of delivery.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

On orders that are refused by the customer, a restocking fee (25%) and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
All software sales are final unless they are unopened and the seals are in tact.

RMA Procedures
 |
1. Fill out the RMA request form HERE.
2. Once the completed Return Authorization Form is received, it will be reviewed for approval within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
3. If it is approved, an RMA number will be assigned and sent to you with confirmation email.
4. If denied, an email will be sent with reason denied, you may contact CService@all3com.com for more information.
No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
4. Ship the product being returned immediately to ensure it is received within the ten-day window you have to get the product to us.
Be sure to Include:
A copy of the RMA confirmation email.
Write the RMA number on the side of the box.
Use the return address given in the RMA confirmation email.
If you have more then one RMA make sure you address each package with the correct return address! They may not all be going to the same warehouse.
Failure to ship to the correct warehouse may be returned with shipping fees due. |
